MHA Sunday 14th June 2020 We premiered our MHA Sunday 2020 Service on YouTube
"Where you go I
will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my
people and your God my God" (Ruth 1:16)
The MHA Sunday 2020
Service was a service of remembrance, focusing on the kindness shown by our
colleagues and volunteers at this time. The virtual service video will remain
online available for you to watch anytime. Due to the COVID-19
crisis, our memorial and remembrance service was delivered virtually to
honour those we have lost within our MHA family, with numbers increasing, but
currently over 400 residents and three colleagues. We also took a moment
to acknowledge the many thousands worldwide who have lost their lives or been
affected by this tragedy to date. Our theme this year was kindness, inspired by the book of Ruth, and the care given by our volunteers
and colleagues. So this was also an opportunity for us to give thanks and
celebrate our specialist care and support services, enabling people to live
later life well across Great Britain.
